When did you start playing music?
“2007”

How long have you had that awesome mustache? Do you plan to shave it anytime soon?
“Two years, yeah I will probably shave it.”

You recently released a live album, what has the fan reaction been to that so far?
“It has been awesome I think the live songs turned out alright.”

What’s your favorite part about touring?
“My favorite part is playing music in a different city every night, and meeting new people.”

Do you feel it’s an advantage to be unsigned in the music industry?
“I don’t know what the music industry is anymore.”

Sam Miller of Paradise Fears once described you as “the King of Country-Sex-Rock,” what’s it like being described as that? Would you have to agree that that’s the genre you’re tied to?
“Thats funny. Can I put that on my resume?”

You’re going on tour pretty soon, what are you most excited about for this particular tour?
“Sharing a van with This Century, I was lucky enough to ride with them a few years ago and it was a wild time”

Would you ever want to turn into a full band rather than a solo career?
“I am in a full band called “Meat Tavern” but we all agreed to not put any music online and just play shows.”

What’s your favorite song to play live?
“Pleasure Moments”

Do you have any exciting plans for the rest of the year (besides this up coming tour)?
“Yeah I am working on my next collection of songs, hopefully it will be out soon.”

Anything you’d like to say to your fans or new potential plans?
“True Love is just the beginning.”
