Set in New York, a presumed dead and former-CIA Agent, Reese, joins forces with Finch, a mysterious billionaire, working to stop crimes before they happen. Finch is a software genius who invented a program using pattern recognition to identify people about to be involved in violent crimes. Combined with Reese’s special training in covert operations, the two work as vigilantes to unravel the mystery of the “person of interest” and prevent the crime.
