Jake Miller Releases New EP and Kicks Off Summer Tour

Warner Bros. Records artist Jake Miller released his new EP Rumors today via all digital retailers, the musical video for the single has already been released today.

“I wanted this EP to have songs for everyone,” Miller says of Rumors. “I wanted to make people dance, make people want to drive down the highway with their windows down and speakers blasting, I wanted to make people laugh, and I wanted to make people cry. I like that every song tells a unique story. It is definitely more mature than my older music. It’s the same Jake Miller, but with a more grown sound to it. It’s different but very cool.”

But that’s not at all for Miller as he hits the road today for his summer-long Dazed and Confused headlining tour. Originally from South Florida, Miller began rapping at the age of 17 but didn’t take it seriously until about a year later when his YouTube videos caught the attention of the local news and radio stations. Since then Miller has released two independent EP’s and a full-length album and had a sold out 43-city House of Blue Tour before landing a major record deal, driving primarily by his social networking presence.
