NBC announced that Emmy award winner, Uzo Aduba and “Glee” star Amber Riley have joined the live holiday production of “The Wiz” set for Thursday, Dec. 3.
Aduba, known for her portrayal of “Crazy Eyes” on Orange is the New Black” will play Glinda, The Good Witch of the South, while Riley will play, Addaperle, The Good Witch of the North.
Aduba and Riley join Queen Latifiah, newcomer Shanice Williams, Mary J Blige, David Alan Grier and Stephanie Mills.
