Los Angeles Alt-Metal Band Blackmore Set to Release Dynamic Full Length CD Neo

LA-based, world music-influenced alt-metal group Blackmore are poised to make waves with their upcoming album NEO, out July 22. Primarily made up of Armenian-American members, Blackmore is fronted by Greek lead vocalist K’noup of global rock artists Viza. K’noup has spent years as a seasoned frontman touring alongside bands such as Serj Tankian (System of a Down), Skindred and Gogol Bordello.
Blackmore recently revealed their heavy-hitting new music video for the track “72”, produced and directed by Noel Ross. Take a look at the video below.
K’noup is glad to see the fruits of the band’s labor, having recently joined as a new member.
We came together when I was asked to track vocals for a compilation concept album shortly after Blackmore’s former singer had to leave. What we created thereafter was the track “Tsunami”. The immediate chemistry within the new line-up inspired us to continue to where we currently are. Music to me is never meant to be questioned no matter what the circumstance.
Blackmore began introducing fans to NEO last summer by releasing one new track from the album per month. You can listen to all of the currently released tracks now via the band’s Soundcloud page.
NEO was produced by Yury Anisonyan and mastered by Maor Appelbaum at Maor Appelbaum Mastering (Faith No More, Sepultura, Halford, Cynic). Pre-orders will become available soon. Stay tuned for more coming from BLACKMORE in the coming weeks leading up to the album’s release.
