HBO NOW subscribers have to chance to Experience the Realm early

GoT fans will be able to experience the ultimate fan event at SDCC with “Game of Thrones Experience the Realm”.

The event will be at the Omni Hotel in the heart of the Gas Lamp District. Thursday, July 9th- Saturday, July 11th it’s open 11am till 5 pm PST. Then on Sunday, July 12th it’s open 9 a.m. to noon.

Beginning today, and ending July 3rd at 12 pm EST., HBO NOW will be offering a select number of current and former subscribers going to SDCC a chance to “Experience The Realm”.  HBO NOW subscribers can win VIP access by going to Experiencetherealmsweeps.com.

Experience The Realm pays homage to one of “Game of Thrones” most popular characters, Arya Stark. It takes us on a trip through her early days of sword training. The Experience features an installation that is part sword-handling and part artistic process to create a “Game of Thrones” self portrait.

Fans can also create animated gifs and have photos ops with The Iron Throne and the giant sword used by The Mountain.

People can talk about their experiences on social media using the hashtag #ExperiencetheRealm

Game of Thrones Experience the Realm is open on a first-come-first-serve basis to members of the public with a valid 2015 San Diego Comic-Con badge.
