Netflix Releases Trailer for ‘Elite’ Season 2

Netflix just dropped the official trailer for season 2 of their hit Spanish series Elite and it looks like fans can expect a season full of lies, drama, and sex.

Although the trailer is only about a minute long, our first glimpse at the season tells us a lot. We see Samuel vow to find a way to prove Nano’s innocence and he promises to do so “whatever the cost”. We see Carla and Polo, just a smug as ever, trying to keep a low profile and not blow their cover regarding what went down in the season 1 finale. We also see Guzman lashing out in the wake of his sister’s death, Omar and Ander getting just as steamy as ever, and even Nadia letting her hair down (literally). We even get a brief glimpse at the new kids, Cayetana (Georgina Amorós), Valerio (Jorge Lopez) and Rebeca (Claudia Salas).

Personally, what got me most hyped is the tagline for this season: “lies bring us together and lies tear us apart”. I’m excited to see how the old lies surrounding Marina’s murder continue to affect our favorite Las Encinas students and what lies may come out as a result of trying to keep the old ones hidden. 

I have a feeling a lot is going to change this season and I am here for all of it.
